HOSTING NOMADIC TEAM CLAIM
In the pursuit of ensuring more cricket for more people, The Slam recognises the benefit in enabling as many nomadic teams to participate as possible, however this requires some teams to host more matches than they would in a group stage where all teams have access to a home ground.
In such cases The Slam can remunerate the hosting team at a rate of £70 per game to aid with costs incurred. To make this claim please complete the form below AFTER the game has been concluded.
Please note that claims can only be made for one date per fixture and will only be approved for matches that are over and above the expected number of total home games in an even group stage. Just because you are hosting a nomadic team doesn't mean that your fixture with them is over and above the total number you should have expected to host in the competition. Where a group stage has 5 matches per team, it is feasible for a team to be expected to host three matches, but if this was also the case the previous year then a claim can be made.
