PLAYER EXEMPTION REQUEST FORM
The Slam's primary objective is to offer more cricket to more people and as such the Player Eligibility rules are in place to ensure that it's competitions are not dominated by players from the higher levels of our amateur game who already have enough cricket to play.
However, it is recognised that teams with comparatively more limited playing resources may require some flexibility in order to fulfil a fixture. As such teams can apply for exemptions from the Ineligible or Restricted Player rules as set out within the Player Eligibility Rules for each competition.
Teams wishing to seek an exemption should complete the form below as far in advance of the match they wish the player(s) to participate in and no less than 48 hours before.
Any player exemption is not valid until it appears on the document associated with the competition on the PLAYER EXEMPTIONS page of this website. It is each team's responsibility to declare ALL currently exempt players to their opponents prior to the toss being conducted as per Management Of Players With Exemptions, Section 5 of the Player Eligibility rules of each competition.
