bank transfer - MATCH Ball ORDER details

Only for those that have elected to pay by bank transfer, you need to provide separately details of how many match balls you would like (@ £10.85 each) in addition to those you receive as part of the team entries you've submitted, which will then be added to your invoice.

If you don't want to order any additional balls then just leave the relevant boxes blank or enter 0.

Regardless of how many balls you order, all teams need to provide the delivery instructions for when the forthcoming season's match balls are ready to send out, which should be late March / early April.
